Works to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Most programs are offered to youth from kindergarten through middle school. The Keystone Club, a volunteer service club, is offered to high school-age students. Athletic programs include football, cheerleading and basketball. Other programs include an after-school program. A summer program and Camp Spencer operate for 10 weeks during summer.
